Don Davis - President
Don Davis, President of Duckridge Advisors, has over 30 years experience in all areas of finance, including strategic leadership, startups, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and working in highly leveraged situations.
During his career, Don has led the acquisition teams for over $350 million in deals; raised nearly $1 billion in financing; prepared a company for an initial public offering (IPO); served as the CFO for a $1 billion multinational conglomerate; and acted as strategic advisor to numerous businesses, including health systems, home medical equipment (HME) providers, home health agencies, patient revenue cycle management firms and several start-ups.
Don started Duckridge Advisors in 2003 to serve small and mid-sized medical companies in need of merger, acquisition and business advisory services. Today, the company focuses primarily on companies in the Home Medical Equipment and Homehealth sectors.
Don has a BS degree in accounting from Duquesne University and is a certified public accountant. His offices are located in Carnegie, Pennsylvania.

Lisa Bargmann
Entrepreneur
Lisa has spent nearly 30 years in the Home Healthcare Industry as both an executive and business owner. She is currently the founder and owner of Holistic Halo Salt Spa, Cleveland's first halotherapy (salt therapy) spa, offering salt rooms for both kids and adults, infrared sauna, massage therapy, relaxation and meditation rooms, as well as holistic spa treatments and products to aid in respiratory and skin health.
Lisa also founded Homecare Collection Service, a successful startup focused on billing, collections and patient compliance where she served as President and CEO, prior to the sale of the business to Invacare Corporation in 2008.
While at Homecare Collection Services, the company grew to 110 associates serving 200 customers nationwide and was named the New and Emerging Business of the Year by the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce.
Lisa holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Robert Morris University.
Jim Campbell
President, Engineering Management, Inc. (EMI)
Dr Campbell founded EMI in 1992 to provide environmental liability management services to corporations and expert services to law firms. Prior to starting EMI, Dr. Campbell worked as a corporate environmental manager, expert, and consultant. His corporate program management experience includes reporting to the CEO of a fortune 500 Company on financial and strategy issues.
Dr. Campbell was most recently recognized as Owner of the Year by the SBL in 2015 and also served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Carnegie Mellon University.
Jim holds a Ph.D. and a M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University, and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
Laura Dinert
Real Estate Professional and Entrepreneur
Laura is President of Senterra Building & Development, Incorporated, a Residential Real Estate and Development Firm headquartered near Pittsburgh in Thornburg, PA.
Laura has been involved in various start-ups and recently opened a new venture focused on Marketing & Operations Consultancy with a primary focus on Corporate Golf Events.
In 2011, Laura was honored with a Plaque Dedication at Bishop Canevin High School for her dedication, time and support for all of their endeavors. Her service to the school served as inspiration for her newest venture.
Laura specializes in expert advice related to real estate matters and specialized business consultancy.
